Ginkgo
I like Nature's Way Ginkgo herb. I feel it helps me stay calmer and not feel stressed in hard times. I like Nature's Way products. They are high quality products but not over priced.

Cognitive function
This ginkgo is excellent for adults who are studying and cannot concentrate, my husband used to take it and it really worked for him. I would recommend taking it before any activity that requires concentration
