These have a good taste and texture. They are also a good value for the money. I use them to help keep inflammation low in my body. They help you (in my opinion) recover faster from hard workouts. I am a marathon runner and regularly run long.

I feel that they could definitely have more of a cherry taste.... not a good taste to them. Sorry...i do love that there in funny form.

These still have a terrible taste with the added sweeteners. If you need a smaller dose, is easier to cut one in half though. Just couldn't get the results I needed. Does help one sleep, but I found myself always waking up after about 2 hours every time and then trying to go back to sleep.
