My husband and I are in our 70's and have taken the Nature Made Turmeric for years. It is amazing for reducing inflammation and discomfort. This is the only brand we use because out of the 500mg in one tablet 475mg are the key ingredient curcuminoids. I have looked at other brands supplement facts and even though they say 500mg per serving for the turmeric tablet the back label drops the amount of curcuminoids much lower. I have seen some as low as 150mg curcuminoids on the back label.

The is not the first time I have taken Turmeric but it is the first tablet that I have used. I like that I did not experience an after taste that I had with other brands. I also like that it's gluten free. Personally I take with food (as recommended) as I found that it tends to upset my stomach I don't. The label is clear and easy to read.
