At the first sign of a cold/flu symptom, 🤢, nip it in the butt.👀🫸🥀🛑🥺. My routine to boost immune and shorten the symptoms is echinacea (wellness formula), Vit. A, C %26 D, and one Umcka. Sometimes all symptoms are gone by the next day, but if the cold pushes through my method 🧱, it is shortened to a couple of days verses a week or more. Stay healthy. I had a compromised immune system at age 29, so this poven method has succeeded and kept me healthier for 30 years.

I keep Umcka Cold and Flu on hand, it works well.

I think this stuff works really well for colds and flu. It has worked really well for some of the times I’ve been sick and seems to work better if you take asap at the I start of symptoms. I don’t think this works for Covid though. Easy %26 convenient to take too.

Every time I feel a cold starting to come on, I’ll start taking it daily and over the years I genuinely believe it has helped me get through colds faster or helped me avoid them altogether! The taste is chalky, but the fruit flavor isn’t too bad. I always have some of these in the house! They’re a must-have for me!

This is a good product. I usually get the sprinkles, but Wmrt didn’t have them now. I take this at the first sign of a sore throat.

I’m always looking for plant based medication options due to dietary restrictions and was happy to see this as an option for those needing something vegan for allergen/dietary restriction purposes. I appreciated that the tablets were chewable (due to the size!) and that they were non-drowsy so could be used at any time of the day. Unfortunately I didn’t find them to make the biggest difference immediately but got better a few days later after continuing to take them (though that could also be placebo effect and natural recovery processes lol). I don’t think it could hurt to have them around during allergy season but wouldn’t really recommend them for severe colds! As a side note, it helps that these taste great :)
