My wife and I take this every day. We used to take Swanson's vitamin D3 but this is organic. So now we take this instead. As far as effectiveness goes, who knows. As with all the supplements we take, we research them as best we can and hope they are helping to keep us healthy.

I am so glad Swanson started carrying this organic, vegan Vitamin D3. It is a very high quality & good source of Vitamin D3. I cannot take the Vitamin D3 made from Sheep's wool lanolin and was looking for a vegan source and found this brand. Swanson has the best price available as they do with most of their other products. Thanks Swanson for always providing all the products consumers need at the best and most affordable prices.

I had low vitamin D levels and my doctor recommended taking a supplement. I didn't want to take any old synthetic vitamin so I found these. they are wonderful and my D levels have improved considerably. I would definitely recommend these to anyone who needs a good supplement. I also love the fact that they are made with whole food

To me, getting your D3, or any vitamin through a plant base source is the best!, and this is what Nature's Plus Source of Life Garden does! Swanson offers many ways to get our vitamins and keeps a more expensive form of vitamins as well at a reasonable price for us all!

Our family takes one capsule daily [ 2500 IU ] through spring and summer and starting October 1 we take two capsules [ 500 IU ] until April 15. The majority of Americans are seriously deficient in vitamin D and this product would be an excellent way for them to boost their levels.We were thrilled to find a vegan D3, and the fact that it is made from medicinal mushrooms makes it doubly valuable. Ive been using another type of vitamin d3 supplement for years and never really felt its benefits until taking this one! I love it and hope to never change.

I am glad to find a vegan source for Vitamin D3. It is also made from whole foods, which are usually more bioavailable. I haven't taken this supplement long enough to see if it affects my overall health, but it looks good.

This is an excellent whole food vitamin D3---not a synthetic variety. Have had my vitamin D level increase by using this product. I trust in Garden of Life quality. Recommend.

Like this product but wish it included vitamin k, so on next order will have to order vitamin k with this.

I have been buying this because it’s Certified Organic but I will stop purchasing this until they will remove Carrageenan in the capsule. Just very disappointed about this ingredient.
