No customer service
The pump tube of retinol cream only half way in the container, so can't pump half of the cream out, emailed and called the seller several times but no response.

False picture and description
I only ordered the product because it had a pump on the lid as per the picture and written description on the website. It was returned immediately because it came with a flat plain lid and no pump.
