Amazing product!
I ‘ve had insomnia for many years. Every night was dreaded to get on the bed. I’ve tried sleeping pills and different doses of melatonin but they all made me feel bad and grogginess the next day. My friend suggested to try 5-htp (her sister is a doctor). The first one only worked for 1 week, then back to toss and turn again. When I saw this on Walmart.com I’m not sure if this one will like the first one. But you only need to take 1 a day and Walmart ‘s price can’t beat! So I tried. To my surprise since I’m taking this supplement ,I almost slept thru whole night or only get up once and back to sleep again! This supplement not only changed my sleep but also my mood. I think it’s because I have better sleep now.

My son takes this to help with mood as per his therapist. Seems to be working well 8 weeks into it. Would recommend.
