This is the best B vitamins I could find. My husband and I feel so much better since starting taking this product. Other kind say multiple vitamin B's but only have two or three B vitamins in the pill. I always get liquid pills. You really do digest them better. You will not be disappointed getting this bottle.

Gave 5* for it was hard to find coated vitamin B. And this one was B complex, soft gel, smooth, not sticking to the upper mouth, tastless, not too big / small. Does it do anything? I don't know. I know vitamins are not a medicine, they are just vitamins to our bodies, that needs for normal functioning. Price was good - I asume I take 1 / day, so it last whole year.

you never really know if something is working or not but the price was right and the quantity was right so I got these in the hopes that they will help me out health wise.

Arrived cracked at the bottom. I did not check for cracks as I was sick when this arrived. I like the new design. Will try to exchange it for one that doesn't leak water.

This contains B12 as cyanocobalamin which is a fake or man made and cheap substitute. Instead buy a methylcobalamin form of B 12 which is natural. All vitamin B should be methyl folate , methyl B12. This form of B complex is absorbed better
