So far, everything has been working as designed, except the heart rate monitor. With our AZ low humidity the HRM is not makeing good contact with our hands. I have ordered some conductive hand cream to solve this.
Very solid bike. Do yourself a favor and hire Handy if you arent in to putting things together. It was worth every penny to just get on it and workout.
Its great, just for average exerciser. Not difficult to assemble either.

Easy to put together- sturdy and smooth
Nautilus R616 has average features. However, it is appropriate if only required for standard exercise. Price found on the Internet was essentially the same across all retailers. Quality - remains to be seen after some use.
I use it in the winter to compliment my good weather riding on my outdoor recumbent. It is very smooth riding and has more than enough resistant levels. The one problem I have with it is the difficulty moving it from room to room (living room TV watching to storage in spare bedroom). I have a bad back and can't lift it onto it's casters, so I improved it by adding four casters (on the ends of the stabilizers). They are 2 in. rubber casters (two fixed and two locking-swivel). The bike is still very stable, even on hardwood floors. Even for people with good backs, it is much easier and safer to move around. It takes more room to store, but it's not a deal breaker for me.
We really like using our recumbent bike. We vary in height and ability, and it works well for both of us. It is so quiet!
I cannot express how horribly blinding this machine is. The screen is so bright, I had to cover it with a towel. I've owned cheaper equipment from other manufacturers, and they are equal in terms of quality and value. For what you pay, this isn't worth it. The advertised "bluetooth" is only courses, and you have to pay for those. This is a genuine let down. Set up required two people. It works, but it's not great.
pretty sad when they send you the bike had a part missing and bike womt stand up. your on hold for an hour and no one answers. so returned bike tape up box and ordered another one. Price went up $100 more and when it came today they took the same box i sent back with duct tape on it and put in another box. Pretty sad a company would allow this to happen.
