I'd like to say that this scooter is really great value for the quality it delivers. It's very well made. I love the cruise control that kicks in at 20mph so you can take you thumb off the throttle. It slow down naturally when you take the thumb off the throttle as well so you don't need to brake hard. It's got indicators that make a beeping sound to remind you to turn it off after your turn is made. It covers about 34 miles at 20mph for a 125lb person. Great range. Suspension is good over bumps. App allows you to lock the scooter and see how many miles were covered and battery left. Amazing customer service as well!!! Performs like a $900 scooter but half the price. Thank you Navee!!

Bought this for my 16-year-old, and it's been the best purchase. He uses it to get to school and hang out with friends, and I love that I can track his rides via the app. The safety features—like the rear brake light and reflectors—give me peace of mind. It's sturdy enough to handle his roughhousing, too. No complaints here!

I ordered this scooter because I work not far from my house and it serves the purpose. It arrived real quick and I can use it for commute starting tomorrow. The package came very intact and protected. I am surprised by the fast speed and powerful motor equipped inside. Worth the value and great for daily commute.

This scooter exceeded my expectations. It has a solid build quality, smooth acceleration, and quick charging. The weight is well-balanced, and its distinctive design really stands out. Assembly was straightforward, the braking system is highly responsive, and overall, it feels very safe to ride.

Battery life is shorter than expected

Living in downtown Chicago, parking is a nightmare. This scooter has been a game-changer. It's lightweight enough to carry up stairs, and the 10-inch tires glide over cracks and potholes. The app connectivity is cool too—I can track my rides and check battery life from my phone. Only reason it's not 5 stars? It would be nice if the charging time could be shortened. The 10-hour charging time means I need to charge it overnight to ensure my frequent use.

Was worth Every ever penny. i've driven it through all sorts of conditions. Only problem I had was i drove it hard on a hot day it started losing power going up the hill and by the time I did home it didn't charge for a few hours. Only reason It did that was because it was too hot after it cooled down it charged right up and it's been great!

The GT3 is very comfortable to ride, with smooth handling and great build quality. I really enjoyed using it for my daily commute. Unfortunately, after about 14 days of use, it developed an issue where it shut down automatically and would not power on. I've already contacted Navee support, and the warranty process has been smooth so far. I'm hopeful the repair will be quick, so I can get back to riding. If the long-term reliability matches the comfort, this scooter would be an easy 5-star product.
