Just started making my own (allergy free and sugar free) chocolate chips. Great product. Love that it is in pieces so it measures and melts easier.

I incorporated the butter with Shea butter and coconut oil to use as my daily moisturizer. I wish I would have used this sooner.

This is the only cacao butter I've ever used so I don't have a lot of experience to draw from but this seems decent. I was disappointed that there was a lot of very small pieces as I expected larger chunks, but it seemed to melt well and the chocolate candies I made with it firmed back up fine. Tasted fine too.

I used Navitas Organic Cacao for making fudge with no sugar and no artificial sweetener. It took a couple of tries to get the honey, cacao powder and cacao butter proportions correct, but I was most satisfied with the final product. I will use it again!
