The graphics are very precise and clear and the motion is smooth without excessive jitter. The game flow is very impressive and extremely life like. People playing this are duly impressed.

Great games as always. They did it again. It has smooth game play, great graphics, and always exciting moments. I couldn't give it 5 stars because just like every year they come just short of the thing that's missing that would've made it the ultimate game. We the players keep hoping that they listen and get it by the next game.

This is the first NBA game I've played in about 20 years. The control scheme is very weird to me and there's no initial tutorial or control layout when the game puts you into a game mode before you get to the initial game menu. However, I have to say the last basketball game I played was developed by EA. Even with that, the pass and shoot logic is something I'll have to get use to and eventually the game may grow on me.

Trying to do a return or even an exchange was so exhausting. I understand policies but when I'm told one thing from 1 store and another thing from another store it gets aggravating.

I purchased the wrong game and went to return the game, and the CSR informed me she could not return and asked me to resell it to Gamestop. The game was open but not used. My son has an Xbox One and not the "series." It was literally around the holidays, and im sure others had similar experiences.

Bought game new and put in Xbox and won't play picture quality is horrible would like to know how to return or exchange it

The game wouldn't go into my boyfriend's game system. Tried to return it and they said i couldn't because it was opened!! There is nothing on the site that says anything about no returns if opened. Also it let me do the return process on my phone %26 it shouldn't have! I'll never buy a game from you guys again! And the website should say no refunds or exchanges or returns!
