NBA 54 in-Ground Basketball Hoop with Tempered Glass Backboard - INFLEX KIT 2/2

We read lots of negative reviews before purchasing and still decided to buy because the price was good. It took 2 adults to assemble. Our boys have been using for 5 months with no complaints. Happy we decided to go for it

This would have been the perfect present, sadly once it was all put together we realized we were sent the wrong backboard. The basket ball goal did not line up with the holes or manual. I’ve talked to 20 different people trying to get the issue resolved since part of the product is already put in ground the only answer I was given was I would have to take it all apart and send it back. Look at the manual and all the items you receive to make sure you don’t waste your time setting up Something with the wrong parts

Terrible customer service!!! To say we are disappointed is an understatement. We received this product and started putting it together only to realize one part was missing. On top of that the goal was cracked and another piece was broken. We called customer service to resolve this issue and they said they couldn’t send us replacement parts that we would have to rip up the concrete that was already set and send the entire thing back and we would be responsible for paying the shipping. When we explained we couldn’t just stick it back in the box they said that was our only choice and we would just have to accept our loss! We are not finished with this process as we are going to seek legal assistance!

Our shipment was missing all the bolts needed to put this together. We have called NUMEROUS times and done everything they’ve asked us to do, ie: send pictures of all the “missing” pieces by circling in the manual. We’ve called / we’ve emailed. They keep dragging us along. We’ve gotten this thing as far as we can without the bolts and now we have a half installed basketball goal. Very disappointed WAL MART

Piece of junk don’t waste your money… they sent the wrong back board and then they send the correct backboard and the correct one is not level. Got adjust the pole way out just to get the goal level! But I got 600lbs of concrete in my yard so I have to keep this crooked piece up.

So disappointed. One of the pieces of the headboard was the wrong size so the basketball hoop is not anchored to the backboard properly which makes it wobbly when shooting the basketball. We actually hired someone to help us install this and now it’s already been installed and we have no idea how to fix this. So so disappointed. Do not recommend

Wrong sized rim came in the box. It’s been a cluster trying to get the right one. Walmart customer service is horrific. The issue is the item has been cemented in my driveway

We ordered for my son for Christmas. When we took out of the box Christmas Night it did not have the correct backboard. We still don’t have this resolved. Super frustrating! We have some disappointments med little boys at our house!!

This looked like a great buy for my son however we received the version 2 backboard with version 1 rim deeming it unusable, in addition to this the I-loops on the rim were broken off and the backboard was missing the rubbers and the mounting plate was missing as well we contacted customer service multiple times and they were unable to provide guidance on how to get replacement parts at this point we really just want the correct rim for version 2 back board and the missing parts we have been trying to get this resolved for the past 2 years I am hoping that Walmart will honor their 5 year warranty and make this right my son really loves basketball and all we can do is look at the backboard since the wrong rim was sent to us.

The basketball rim that came with the hoop did not fit the NBA 54inch backboard. I paid to have it assembled and was not able to have it mounted
