Very disappointing
Had up for 3 months and the clips to hold the net on hoop have rusted and broke broke off. Now it needs a whole new hoop.

Walmart Customer Service Sucks!
This basketball goal came without any screws/nuts/bolts and we can't carry it back to the store for a refund because it was ordered on Walmart.com. After 3 hours of being on the hold with Walmart, they are sending some shipping service to pick it up but will not issue us a refund until they get it back. And this was my son's Christmas gift who now can't play with it because it is broken and we can't get a refund to go get a new one!

Do not buy, rim does not fit backboard.
We bought this for my son, but we can't even install it because the rim does not match up with the backboard brackets. We tried emailing and sent pictures “as proof” they recognize they had sent the wrong rim, and then they quit corresponding with us!! extremely disappointed!!!!

Mismatch backboard and rim and missing parts
This goal looked like good buy but when it came in we received the version 2 backboard with the version 1 rim which deemed this goal in useable in addition the loops on the rim were broken and the rubber on the goal for the mounting holes was also missing the bracket that goes between the rim and the goal was also missing I am hoping to get these missing parts and the right rim since the 5 year warranty was one of the reasons I bought this item I have contacted customer service and they have been unable to help me resolve this issue my son loves basketball and this is unfortunate that we cannot use this goal it is mounted in the ground with cement so we cannot pull it out we can just drive by our rim less basketball goal unable to use it. This is so disappointing

Rim/backboard incompatible
The backboard doesn't match the rim sent. Walmart wouldn't it exchange one or the other. Very disappointed.
