Easily one of the best gifts I've gotten my kids, only issue is probably an issue most of these portable goals have and it's the base, where it connects to the stand. If something were to break I'm sure that would be the first to go

This item is huge! Took me and my son almost 2 hours to build it. Might be quicker if 2 adults since most of them are heavy especially when pieces have already been combined. Make sure you follow all directions carefully. The bounce net was a great addition to it as it automatically rebounds and bounces the ball back to you without having to walk to the ball and get it. My boys enjoyed playing with it endlessly and can cater even to their younger cousins by lowering the ring for them to hoop easily. A great addition to our backyard!

Extremely happy, installed it by myself. The instructions was very helpful and the quality is good. I highly recommend, only thing I wished was present is something to lock in the connecting 4 inch poles. It's still sturdy but additional security and safety is never a bad thing

After problems with delayed delivery the court arrived and stated it was a 2 person assembly however I completed it myself. I'm a big guy 6”4 230 lbs keep that in mind. The court was simple to put together but however the adjuster pool broke the same day it was delivered. Good new it's under free warranty so another would be delivered soon without paying. I was looking at multiple goals within the same price range and this model won the comparison test. Installation is well written, but it will take some time to put it together. It would be good to have someone to help out. It took me about 3 hours by myself to complete it and there were no spare parts left.:-) You need to make sure you buy the sandbags before installing the goal. I bought qty (5) 50 lbs bags. You will need these when you get to ready to put the backboard. Just take your time and layout all the pieces and make sure you have everything in the hardware bag. I have a pair of saw horses that I use to lean the post against it when the time came to put the backboard. Again the instructions are self explanatory. The rebounder with the net is really cool. It really comes handy for my grandson to pass the ball to himself and learn the mechanics of dribbling and ball handling. However, the main plastic piece that lays against the goal post cracked after a few times when the ball came straight down on it. Not sure why and it is concerning, but it does not effect the performance of the goal. Overall I think it is a good product but only time will tell how well it will perform. You won't be disappointment.

Seems like a sturdy product. The low star rating is because, while the replacement part ordering process was a really simple online form, none of those replacement parts have arrived since almost 4 months ago. They haven't sent any email updates about it.

Overall fairly simple to put together. Nothing too challenging with the exception of some holes not aligning properly and some nuts/bolts/screws either not tightening properly or they are simply poorly made and break as was the case with the screw on the unit delivered to me that attaches the height adjustment pole to the base pole of the hoop. I submitted a request for replacement parts on the 27th of December and have yet to hear a confirmation of parts being shipped. The directions were fairly straight forward for assembly. It seems to hold fairly well though it had not received much use given the issue with the broken screw. With just water in the base it holds fairly well though it does wobble a bit more than I'd like. Will add sandbags eventually to see if that helps. The return net does a subpar job as the ball hits the surrounding plastic and clunks off of it in any which direction. It seems like that part can be positioned and angled better. Some screws on the base did not tighten well given the holes they go into are looser than they ought to be and require a tool not provided to secure it down to make sure it is tight. Hopefully I get a response soon regarding the screw. Otherwise I'll probably return.

Items came with broken backboard. As mentioned in manual, I've requested for replacement parts and confirmation email also received saying parts will be delivered soon. There's no updates for more than a month . When I called Walmart customer care, I got to know there's no replacement parts available. Very poor product support through the product is good.

The adjustment handle bolt broke when normally adjusting the height of the goal, now it will not go up

Even though the product description text specifies the material as polycarbonate, I only saw the product photo which specifies the material as tempered glass and reads: "Built-to-last tempered glass endures high impact". I purchased the product thinking the backboard was tempered glass, but it was really polycarbonate. I was specifically shopping for a product that was not polycarbonate, so I feel misled by the inaccurate product information. I would not have purchased if I knew it was polycarbonate. Obviously, I cannot simply disassemble and return the product, so I'm stuck with it. The seller of the product was walmart.com, so I spent close to 2 hours chatting with 4 people and called the customer service line 800-925-6278 twice. The best I could do was get a partial refund of thirty percent. Overall I am unhappy with my experience, but it's not the worst possible outcome. As for the product itself, I rate it 3 stars. The base material is very thin on top and arrived dented; I can see the base easily getting punctured, especially after prolonged sun exposure (-1 star). The backboard also arrived with large scuff marks and it is fairly thin (-1 star). I hope it will last at least 3 years before failing and the backboard yellows, but I'm not optimistic.
