Item is great if you love these old arcade games! But delivery is horrible, but not Walmarts fault. Item will be marked out for delivery by Fedex and them they will mark the barcode is unreadable. Tracking will still show its on time from Walmart, but FedEx will use the barcode scam to hold it for a few days until they decide when they want to bring it because it is a large package.
Glad i was still able to get this version of the NBA Jam arcade 1up. Build quality is better than the original realase that I bought 4 years ago. The tournament edition labeling and artwork is a good representation of the full size authentic cabinet. Arcade 1up is only selling cheaper 2 player versions of the NBA Jam cabinet and msrketing it as a deluxe edition. To me, this is the true deluxe version with 4 player contols. Still sucks that all the original players arent in the game but there's not anything that csn be done about that because of licensing.

This blew away my expectations! Looks like the real arcade especially with the light up coin doors and marquee. My 12 year old son and friends love it too!

Arcade game was exactly what my teen boys were looking for. Best feature is that it has multiple games in one.
This is overall great and not TOO time consuming to put together but the box had a part missing. We have several arcades and it has never been an issue. We had to contact customer service and wait for them to ship the part out, so it couldn't be up by the time we wanted it to be.
I paid u for A 3 year warranty. U said i would get an email with details in 24-48 hours. I NEVER got one but U TOOK the $$$$ out of my credit card for it. I have texted and emailed u. I dont care if u r busy with XMAS!!! U have til tomorrow then im putting my story on social media with my receipt and no valid 3 year warranty proof!!!!!!!!!!!!
The NBA Jam arcade game I ordered was delivered to the wrong address! They took a picture of where it was left and that's not the front of my house! SMH
