Wish I would've bought the capsules instead
There magnesium does its job! When I take it every evening I successfully have a trip to the restroom the next day and about the same time. This was recommended to me by a doctor to help counteract some medication that tends to slow down digestion. The only con I have with this specific form of Mag07. The powder is awful! It doesn't dissolve! I have tried so many ways to take this stuff and make it palatable and keep to the instructions “take on an empty stomach”. Hot water didn't dissolve the powder, letting it sit longer while stirring doesn't dissolve the powder. I gag it down as fast as possible, do a chaser of water and then brush my teeth and do a few more chasers of water. I wish I had purchased the pill form. I bought the powder form because you get more doses per bottle, but it totally wasn't worth it. BUY THE PILLS! Anything is better than trying to swallow this strange pasty stuff in a glass of water.
