The DVD set was packaged in 5 shrink-wrapped cases in a plastic mailing bag. There was no packing material or padding to protect the DVDs from damaged. (see photos) The DVDs should have been packaged in a box with proper padding to prevent damage. I sent a message to the shipper for replacement cases and have not received a response. I would like to exchange the complete DVD set that cost nearly $200 for a new, undamaged set.
