Only 4 grams of carbs!
My husband an I have had amazing results on the keto diet so I was very happy to find these delicious bars that have 13g of protein and just 4g of carbs! They are a great treat to have on hand when we are out and about so when we are hungry we just eat one of these bars instead of breaking our diet and getting something unhealthy in a moment of weakness!😂

Great sugar free protein bar!
I'm always on the lookout for delicious sugar free snacks that won't cause inflammation. This protein bar almost tastes just like a candy bar!

sticky to eat, but delicious
A little sticky to eat (almost impossible to keep from touchy the caramel) ..... However, a very rich creamy caramel and chocolate bar, for under $2 each is an ok price for me. It tastes just like a good candy bar. I sure hope that it really has no sugar and no corn syrup - as it's stated.

Pretty tasty
Overall I've enjoyed this brand, this flavor, is ok. Perhaps ordering in the summer was a mistake. The product leaked caramel all over the inside of the wrapper, even after placing them in the fridge, that did not firm it up. That kinda creeps me out, I wont order this flavor again, the one I had prior was better. These are still less chemical tasting than any atkins bar.
