I just started to use this heel balm protection product for a feel days, so it is too early to tell its result in long term. However the thickened skin on my heels do feel softer instantly. The night time balm is very thick so to put it before going to bed is a good idea. The spray is thinner and easy to apply on, perfect to use during the day as a protection.

This stuff actually works and it's amazing! My daughter has suffered with dry and cracked heels for a long time. We tried ever kind of lotion and nothing worked, until she used Neat Fest. The moment she put the spray on, It was almost as if the cracks magically disappeared.

This is working so far and I don't see any side effects so far. I will update my review when I have a chance to use it for longer period of time. Spray is my favorite part because it's easy to apply and non sticky. I had a wound in my foot and it seemed to healed it. No awful fumes either.

This product is amazing! Before I had embarrassing feet, I wouldn't even take a picture of them. I had the really bad callused big toes and the heel. I never liked wearing sandals, since using this product it changed my feet. I even missed a couple of days using this product and it's been great! My feet are very smooth, and they look very nice now!

Works pretty good if you're able to stick with it and use it consistently. It does have a slight smell but nothing over bearing or intolerable. It has a nice creamy, yet sort of a petroleum based consistency which makes sense when trying to heal cracked dry heels. Used it consistently for about a week and saw instant results but not so consist the second week, and less results. So if you use it as directed consistently I'm sure you will get the results you're hoping for!

I have been using this off and on for a couple weeks now and I must say the cream is nice. I personally do not like the spray. The sprayer clogs after ever use and the cap does not fit properly. I use the cream at night with socks and my heels are much better.

These are two products packaged together for heal repair. There is a spray for the daytime and a cream for nights. The two both worked to soften but I don't like sprays. Good chance you'll inhale a spray so I like the cream better. Both products contain urea which really helps with softening. They are made in New Zealand.

I used this set for a full month before leaving a review. I followed the instructions on the box, using the foot spray in the morning and the foot cream at night. I did like the ease of the spray and that I could apply it without getting it all over my hands. The cream is thick and rubs in easily. The spray doesn't have a smell, the cream has a typical foot cream smell. It's not unpleasant nor is it very strong. My feet were not nearly as dry and cracked as the example on the box, but I still didn't feel like this set did anything more than maintain. The rough calloused areas are still rough and calloused and the dry areas have stayed about the same, not drier but also not more moisturized. My feet still need a hardcore session with a pumice stone and some deep moisturizing cream. But after I get my feet into a better place, this set will certainly help keep them soft.
