NEBO Luxtreme LED 280 Lumens Flashlight

While I don't do search and rescue operations or have a real need for the stated performance of the Luxtreme SL100, curiosity got the best of me. I had to see for myself what the LEP technology could actually do. It is amazing!_x000D_ I picked out a large building that looked about 1/4" tall from our deck and shined the LEP spotlight at it. The building and a fairly large well-defined area around it lit up brighter than a sunny day. My curiosity has been extremely satisfied. _x000D_ The Luxtreme SL 100 is a very welcome addition to my flashlight options.

This monster is the brightest thing since I decided to make it with your mother. It'll cook you from a mile away and complain that you never asked for more. This thing is the laser that doctor evil never got a chance to shoot. I'm surprised it didn't cost one million dollars.

This thing is super cool. Love the beam it puts out for such a small compact design. Can change between features with one hand.I can put it on my belt and use the flood feature and see everything as a hike through the woods.

Welcome to the world of LEP. The LED models of this light are great, but this thing is on a different level. Incredibly tight beam. I've been able to light up houses 3/4 of a mile across a lake so far. Every single time I've used this around people, they stop whatever they're doing and ask about it. Battery life is great too. Kudos to Nebo for including the white/red ring for close up flood use, since lasers aren't especially useful up close.

I was skeptical that it would actually protect a light out that far. The pics don't do it justice, I thought that was photoshop but this light is beyond impressive.

This light is awesome. It's crazy bright in spotlight mode so definitely would use the floodlight for anything close up as the spotlight will hurt your eyes aimed at anything close

So I originally bought the sl75, it was very bright and had a really good beam. I sold it to buy my sl100 and overall I like it but the spot mode is to tight of a group and the flood mode doesn't travel very far. With the 75 you could light up a tree at 500ft no problem the 100 at 500ft you light up the tip of a branch. Overall I like the sl100 but I wish I wouldn't have gave up my sl75 for it

My flashlight battery was completely dead and since then not charging with both USB and car charger. Charging light is not blinking. Does anyone know what could be the problem?

I own ~15 Nebo flashlights'¦.from the SL100, 12K down to the mycro'¦As you can tell'¦Im a huge fan of the Nebo brand! I have given 5 star ratings on all - until my latest purchase of the newer Luxtreme SL100. Honestly'¦im very disappointed in this light. I have the 500 lumen Luxtreme '¦ for 1/3d the price, it performs almost as well. Well built, durable, easy to operate'¦bu disappointing performance with regard to the light performance. I'll look forward to the 12K's successor - but am no fan of this new Luxtreme

Ok why such a small spot why can't there be a beam adjuster what is the reason for such a small spot what good is that small spot all you see is a spot thats what I am asking thanks
