A part of the sofa was delivered damaged. the number on the box went to the company who redeirected me to Walmart. when I contacted walmart, I was informed that I would have to ship the entire thing back because they don't just replace single pieces. This does not make sense, and it's not efficient, as it is simply one piece that needed to be replaced. Further, it is more hassle than what it is worth. And I think that walmart knows that. I do not think that I will recommend purchasing furniture from Walmart to anyone. very disappointed.
