The TV has a great picture. It was replacing a much more expensive set and the picture is better than the previous one. Installation on the fireplace was easy . It fit the universal mount already in place so the team that installed did it quickly and that saved us money.

I have had no problems with the TV, it has a beautiful picture, and even old movies on DVD (Polyanna, Bridge Over the River Kwai) look far better on this screen. I'm not real up on all of the Smart TV stuff it can do, but it works very well with our Amazon Prime streaming. Most of the negative reviews I have read on these large TVs relate to cracked screens during shipping and handling, so I bought mine at the store and picked it up myself. Also the Sams model came with a 3 year warrenty for parts and labor.

I purchased this tv after having two tvs go out on me in less than two years. I have a smaller screen samsung and the picture is good, so decided to purchase the 65". Another reason I decided on this brand and model was because of the 3 year warranty. I have only had it for two weeks so I do not know long term if this one will last.

I am no professional tv watcher, but I spend more time than necessary in front of it. My wife and I are very impressed with the picture quality of this tv. Very close to real life. It is almost like looking out the window, and viewing the world. I am sure there are people that are more into the visual experience of television that will find this not as remarkable as we do, but for the average viewer, I believe this is a great choice. I was considering the QLED, but I am very satisfied with this TV. And saved a few hundred dollars.

Decided to purchase this tv not due to the incredible price but also because of the amazing quality and experience I have had with this product. I had already three of the tv’s in different sizes, but never had any issues when it came to viewing on them & let’s not forget about the Samsung Plus Tv which is offered on their TV’s which allows you to get cable tv stations through the internet streaming without the price of having to pay a high cable bill. Definitely recommend!

I bought two of these, one for my girlfriend and one for me. Hers has been hooked up, she absolutely loves the picture and all the features this TV has to offer, it has so many free channels with it and the local channels connect to it as soon as you put your zip code in it, so much that she has not signed into any of the streaming services we have.

I haven't had this item long enough; I'm assuming that because I don't see any difference in the wrinkles on my sagging neckline, I will have to use this product longer to see any progress.

The TV itself was nice with good picture. It kept freezing up often, but only when playing the Samsung pre-downloaded channels. All the other channels worked fine. After much research and making sure the system had all the correct updates we found this is a common problem with this TV. We returned it to Sam’s and they refunded our money quickly. We then bought a slightly more expensive Sony 65” TV while we were there and absolutely love it. Can’t beat Sam’s for customer satisfaction, and we are completely satisfied with the new Sony we purchased. We like everything about it more.

I wanted a great picture and rapid refresh rate. I did get that, but I also got the LG proprietary package that controls the entire system and won’t work unless I consent to full accessing of my viewing choices. Additionally, it doesn’t have the Roku operating system. SO, in short, I simply paid a lot of money for a good TV monitor. I have my portable Roku attached via one of the HMDI ports and my Dish in another and use those independently of the proprietary operating system of the TV. I gave it 2 stars for the picture quality, the sound system is worse than the 2005 Samsung that it replaced.

Bought this for a Father's day gift, first off, i absolutely no not like FedEx. Went to all the trouble of taking old heavy TV down new one up and couldn't get it to work. Samsung had us call Sam's club. Had a really great guy who helped, had to go and find another TV. I will get a refund after vacation but ill have to pay in advance so it doesn't mess with my credit
