Worked great with my beats!

I have a nice set of headphones that I use for taking calls, but a lot of the time they can't hear me clearly.The microphone is always put in the ear piece, and it's too far away from the mouth for good quality.With this, I turned those good headphones, into a high quality headset.I never hear, "What was that?" anymore.The jacks both pop in nicely, and hold without issue.I don't have any feedback problems, or crackling.It feels well made, and I can bend the mic to fit right where I need it.Overall a great solution.Highly recommended.

Haven't tried for gaming, but they work awesome for calls.I've been looking for something that works, and I've tried many bluetooth earbuds and headphones that said they work great for calls (failing to do so).Cheap ones and expensive ones both.None compare with this system.I used Mpow's H1 headphones and calls are so much better on both ends of the line.I have even tried wired and bluetooth headphones that have the mic coming down from one side with poor results.

I bought the product in the hopes that I could minimise my gaming setup as I travel a lot and game on a laptop.This product attaches to my travelling noise canceling headphones, so I dont need to pack my gaming headset and add more to my luggage.It works well, the sound quality is great, and I am able to game with what I travel with.Amazing.

Overall, I like this style of plug in headset. It allows easy conversion of my wireless headphones to a headset. The audio coming over the cord is comparable to the regular wireless audio. Better mic output than a built in laptop mic and no complaints during any gaming sessions or work meetings.The worse past of this product is the mute/volume controls. They work as intended, but they are placed far enough away from the mic that if you sit and don't clip the controls onto you, they just always sit beneath my desk, making it catch on the lip of my desk over and over if I move or adjust my seating. This will probably eventually cause the whole thing to fail. It may be isolated to me, but it is annoying. I wish there weren't even controls, since I do all adjustments via windows.

It works but I wish the jack was a little longer. Or the base not rounded, otherwise it works. Would recommend the base be tappered or narrow more.

I was really excited for this product to convert my Sony WH-1000XM2s into reasonable video calling headphones since they don't have a great built-in mic but this attachable mic doesn't actually even plug in properly because the 3.5mm male input is too short to enter all the way. A rather unexpected issues since 3.5mm jacks are so standard and this product likely works well with other headphones, but 3.5mm should work universally and this is an easy problem to fix by making the connector longer.Three stars because sound quality seemed fine when I held it in place with my hand (before it fell out of the 3.5mm port) and the overall design and hardware quality is good but would really like this kind of product to work across all headphones.

Starting off with the most important bit, sound quality, the mic is slightly better than the inbuilt mics on my laptops. Compared to my laptop mic, it has a bit of convenience in that it lets me be heard without needing to raise my voice due to it being closer to my face. It also seems to be able to block out background noise better than my laptop mic, focusing in on my voice more clearly.With regards to convenience overall, I wish that there was some way to lock in the position of the mic. It swivels very easily and can be brushed away from my face without me noticing. Inline controls are a nice touch-they let me mute the mic and control volume. The cable has a decent length to it without being overly long and messy.

Would have given it 4 stars. Mic is clear, but produces a slight echo. The real problem is the mute switch. Doesn't even move, it's locked in place as if it's glued. Almost as if it's intentionally fake.
