My knee felt supported when I put it on. It stays in place and is comfortable. You forget you are wearing it. I would say it provides medium support. It allows you to carry on with most normal daily activities. Do pay attention to the sizing. Mine fits nicely, but I probably could have gone with a smaller size. Do measure your thigh as they recommend to get the correct size. Very pleased with product.

This is the best knee brace out there. The silicone helps to hold it firmly in place. The spring ends are smartly capped, reducing the chance of metal protrusion. Great design! Worth the extra money if you find one in stock.

Wear knee support everyday, it is comfortable, doesn't stop circulation from being too tight,most of the time don't realize I'm wearing it.

U only get one knee pad....for the price there needs to be two....after 4 months the plastic side supports break and start eating through the material then start rubbing your outer knee

Reputable and a quite popular brand from what I have researched, however, unfortunately, for me the sizing is off. I am petite and purchased two different sizes. My typical size in other brands was too small and cut off my circulation so I went a size up and that was way too big. Didn't work for me.
