If you have difficult sinuses get this spray! I had a horrible sinus infection earlier this year and used this product every day - until I could get the solution to go all the way through my sinuses. It took 4 days and 2 cans but I finally got relief! Now I use a bit on each side every couple of days. WOW! Feels so much better. I no longer feel like I'm breathing dust!

This is really good Saline Nasal Spray. It is better than what I previously used. I ordered a different brand and I'm really glad this was substituted. If your nose stops up during the night, just spray it in. It shrinks the swollen tissues so you can get air.

Works much better for me than regular saline nasal sprays for my both sinuses and nose. First was a "sample" from my allergist: used a few times and bought 2 more, one for each bathroom. Getting the spray button down takes a little practice. Contains Sodium Bicarbonate as well as USP Grade Purified Water and Sodium Chloride.

It works, but this type of spray is very hard for someone in their 90s to press down and get it to come out. I probably won't order it again, although the product itself is excellent.

this is the only nasal spray, recommended by my ear,nose, and throat doctor, that actually helped me with my post nasal drip. I wish I knew about this product 15 yrs ago. Every other doctor recommended a bunch of other products that did nothing!!! I finally got the best Dr and this recommendation !! THANKS

Ordered three, but only two arrived with the shrink wrapped safety seal. Obviously won't be using the questionable third.
