Neilmed NasaMist Hypertonic Saline Nasal Spray, Extra Strength, 4.5 oz – Allergy, Sinus and Cold Relief

This product is great! I was searching for a nasal spray that was hypertonic to help shorten length of a cold and get quick relief from congestion. This spray acts quick. When I was so stuffy and had gunk in my throat this spray instantly released it all!!!! It's so worth it!

This NeilMed Hypertonic solution is the best option out there. In my opinion, yhe key difference with this product isn't the ingredients but the fact that it's hypertonic vs hypotonic or isotonic. The latter two don't seem to help as much from my experience.

I have been taking antihistamines for sinusitis and post nasal drip for months. Started getting pain and swelling of my liver because I have liver disease. I didn't make the connection until I started looking up the affects on the liver from antihistamines. So, I went looking for safer options and found this. Read reviews and decided to try it. It works so well for the PND and seems to clear and moisturize my nasal passages. The inflammation of my liver has started to decrease.

I have bronchiectasis and as a consequence of that I have a lot of very thick mucus. Based on research I was doing, I decided to add Hypertonic Saline nose spray to my current regiment (mucus thinner and saline nose spray). Hypertonic Saline is NOT the same as just saline spray. While regular saline spray does a good flush and sooth the hypertonic saline reduces the actual amount of drainage that I experience and that definitely makes me more comfortable. It makes enough difference that I have now including in my daily routine. This specific product delivers a perfect shot of spray when pressed (have to press a bit further than expecting at first) and whoosh - sinuses immediately feel more comfortable and drainage slows down. I definitely recommend giving it a shot if you're struggling with a lot of thick drainage!

this is the only nasal spray, recommended by my ear,nose, and throat doctor, that actually helped me with my post nasal drip. I wish I knew about this product 15 yrs ago. Every other doctor recommended a bunch of other products that did nothing!!! I finally got the best Dr and this recommendation !! THANKS

This nasal saline spray is the only thing that helps clear out my sinuses. It is easy and safe to use. I have used it when needed for several years.

It really helps with allergy congestion. My nose was so blocked up and just a few times using this, I had relief like I never had before. Great nasal spray.

This saline nasal spray is nicer than usual, because you don't have to try and direct the spray the tip on the end of it works very well to get it in the right spot. Very helpful for nasal congestion.

Works great for allergies and sinus congestion I rinse my nose every night before bed allergies have been a lot better since I started using this product.

The sinus spray medicine works fantastic. I gave it a lower rate because the spray nozzle stopped working within a week and returning the item is a bit time consuming.
