These look great on. I did size up as I really don't like tummy compression clothes and got an ideal fit. The material is nice and didn't collect cat hair like some do. My roommate took me longer pair and is happily running around in them. The inseam on this pair was sufficiently long enough for my petite height so I just ordered another pair in a different color.

The shorts are really cute. I love the material. The fit was a little small. I normally wear a small in all my shorts and pants. I did order these in a medium based on the size chart. Unfortunately, they're going to be a return because at the top of the waistband, it's like a double fold over seam at the very top which is just uncomfortable to wear.

I had to size up , which almost never happens when buying clothes from Walmart. The S was too tight. And I am usuallyan XS or S. The replacement I ordered in M fits very well.

Perfect fit standing up, but when you sit they come up to look like a bathing suit bottom, being older and modest I wish they were a bit longer, but still shorts.

Being in my 50's I like a little give in my workout shorts. These are great for my Arizona walks. The only thing I noticed when putting them on for the first time the waist felt like I pulled a string (like stretched it out too much). I didn't notice the waist being too big or stretched out when wearing. I would probably size up next time from a medium to large because I have big hips. I think for most they are true to size.
