I was sent the açaí blueberry which is good, but the flavor was strong for me so I added more water to it and it was perfect. The strawberry lemonade is my favorite flavor though. This is a product you need to take consistently to see results, but you will notice a difference. Got my sister on these as well. Would recommend!

The powder dissolves so easily with just a straw or spoon. There is no chalky texture and is silky smooth not to mention all of the health benefits!!

It was easy to prepare you just mix cold water and the solution and ice if you would like. When you add ice it can clump up so dissolve with water first then add ice.

The cran-apple flavor is refreshing, mixes easily with water, and makes it much easier for me to stay hydrated throughout my day. Only reason for 4/5 rating is because I'm still not sure about the long-term effects of how much of a difference it will make over time.
