These calming packets definitely help calm and work for a nice step away from a stressful day. The main thing that I would change is the flavoring. You definitely taste a powdery finish. Other than that, the product does help and they aren't as gritty as some other products, I would definitely suggest these.

Good flavor.
Easy to mix in water (cold or hot). The variety box allowed me to taste different flavors. Next time I order it will be just the ones I like.
