[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LOVE IT! I have ADHD with some autism. The Calm somehow helps me executive function tasks where I do not have to "think" first to do them.. I can just do it... shower... instead of waiting and procrastinating with getting ready for bed for example, just going and doing it. I notice it helps the next day too (I take at night) at times... being able to get out and do more like exercise etc.

I was skeptical at first but It really helps me relax, especially before bed. I have also used it in the morning when I have e awakened anxious and it doesn’t make me sleepy, just less stressed.

I was not sure what to expect with this flavor but this has hints of melted sherbet, sure to bring a nostalgic smile to your face. I love the orange creamsicle flavor and this is similar. Will order again.
