THIS PRODUCT REALLY HEALS! I was skeptical at first thinking how can Neosporin make anything better than any of the other lip therapies already on the market. Well, they did it. So far this winter the corners of my lips/mouth have been painfully chapped. Nothing was helping and it hurt to smile or open my mouth too wide. I decided to give this a try and after one night my lips were immensely improved! After night two even more! I woke up day 3 not in pain and my lips looked so much better too. Since I live in the Midwest I will continue to use it every night for preventative / restorative lip health.

This product it's awesome, it left my lips really smooth and remove the cracks!!! At the morning my lips where absorbed all the product. I have been wearing for 3 days .

Leaving a review because this is an long time favorite and I wish more people new about it. It heals even severely cracked and split lips. No other cream or balm comes close.

This product promises results in three days and delivers. I purchased this product due to severely chapped lips. It was hard to eat and my lips were cracked so bad that the pain was unbearable. I purchased this product and used it overnight and the results the following morning was amazing!!!!!!!

In the winter my trusty LipSmackers don't cut it anymore. I've tried numerous others (including some that cost six times as much). This is the only product that gives me lasting comfort. I buy myself a tub of this stuff every year. I never finish it because it's very concentrated - just a dab is enough. (I also hate products that you have to stick your fingers into, but this is good enough to warrant an exception!)

THIS.FREAKING.PRODUCT. So i had a dry patch on my lip going on two weeks that would not go away and I've tried everything. SO. I. THOUGHT. I came across this product and honey the reviews do not lie and neither am i when i say this... IT WORKS. After ONE night, i repeat, ONE night... the dry patch was gone. UM NEOSOPORIN?? Keep doing what yall doing cause this was magical.

I've been a dental assistant for 21 years and have always used lip balms. Getting older I started to notice my lips were more sensitive. I tried this product (and I'm a sceptic), and with the first try, I woke up the next morning and I noticed my lips felt so much better! I tried the whole 3 day thing they claim and I am in full agreement! !!! Please try!!!

Though the product is very good? I'm TIRED of having to take a razor blade or sharp object to open the inner cellophane style casing of the lip balm. I've cut myself several times because there is NO perforation and making it ridiculously "secure" is a HUGE detriment to my ever purchasing it again. This simply? Should not be.

I have been using it all day, not just at night. When it is on, my lips feel fine. But when it comes time to reapply, I notice the chapped pain feeling. I wouldn't say it is helping the overall problem, just covering it up. Probably wouldn't buy again

I didn't find this product to be effective. I think that the neosporin label on a product makes the consumer think it is a one all solution to all problems, but it isn't. What healed my dry cracked lips was pure white petrolatum (Vaseline). The product is greasy but not very occlusive and only provided relief for 20-30 minutes.
