THIS PRODUCT REALLY HEALS! I was skeptical at first thinking how can Neosporin make anything better than any of the other lip therapies already on the market. Well, they did it. So far this winter the corners of my lips/mouth have been painfully chapped. Nothing was helping and it hurt to smile or open my mouth too wide. I decided to give this a try and after one night my lips were immensely improved! After night two even more! I woke up day 3 not in pain and my lips looked so much better too. Since I live in the Midwest I will continue to use it every night for preventative / restorative lip health.

This winter (probably due to lots of nose wiping) my lips were swollen, chapped, peeling, and cracking. I love this product! It goes on smooth and even after a long night sleep my lips still feel smooth. I even would use it during the day and when I would go out on the boat or in the sun for a long period of time. I use to get cold sores all the time going into the sun. Not anymore since I have found this wonderful product!!!

Gonna start with the tipical backstory. I've had chap lips since birth. Normally with chapstick it makes it better . However during the mid summer days or all of winter my skin gets extremely dry and starts to peel. My lips are the worst during winter time. I'm a teenager so it kinda nerve wracking to have to deal with dry skin while attending school . I've tried many products some work for a couple of days then they stop. I just start using this treatment and it's been a charm. I can't use anything with added fragrance since it irritates my skin. Which I expecitly adore about this product. Over all really well crafted. Hopefully if continue to work .

Though the product is very good? I'm TIRED of having to take a razor blade or sharp object to open the inner cellophane style casing of the lip balm. I've cut myself several times because there is NO perforation and making it ridiculously "secure" is a HUGE detriment to my ever purchasing it again. This simply? Should not be.

I have been using it all day, not just at night. When it is on, my lips feel fine. But when it comes time to reapply, I notice the chapped pain feeling. I wouldn't say it is helping the overall problem, just covering it up. Probably wouldn't buy again
