received only the inside unit. contacted seller and they wanted to asap fix the issue. before receiving their response I contacted customer service and got a refund asap. what a great experience, this could have went very poorly and I could have suffered from this. I didn't, instead with the refund I was able to catch a new and better sale for the same BTU and the outside white plastic cover for the line to keep everything looking professional with change left over. praise God for his kind mercy and working through people who allow him to and bless others. not only does it make the receiving party feel blessed it also blesses the helper. great job 5 star to the ac unit company and 5 star for the customer service team. shipping company workers, 2 stars for showing up for work.....

I love this ac it will freeze your booty off and it's amazing and no comparison to the big window unit that's history now. Cools a bigger area than I thought it would. Kitchen and living room. I'm very happy with this unit

Terrible user experience on Walmart app
Walmart forces you to right a review before being able to review the product description after purchasing. I have not used it yet, but need to look at these specs. Terrible user experience.
