first time buying a water dispenser, love having cold and hot water instantly. machine looks nice too.
We were renting a water dispenser for a few years and finally realized it was time we purchased our own. We were very happy we did. Bottom loading is definitely the greatest thing ever. The three temperatures , hot, room temp, and cold definitely recommend we love the cooler. Fits perfectly in area and light weight. the cold is Very cold and Hot is definitely hot and safety push is a must for my grandkids. Not noisy.Satisfied and Recommend

i received the water cooler in good condition with nothing wrong and setup was really easy and had cold and hot water within 15 to 20 minutes. very quiet don't even hear it running. a very good choice.
I wish I could give it 5 stars but unfortunately it didn't work out for me. It arrived broken, when I plugged it in water started to leak out from the top and spilled everywhere, my husband opened it from the top and noticed the top hose was broken. (As pictured) The design is very good and lightweight but I had to return it and buy another one from the store.
This is a nice product but I did have to purchase it twice because the first one I purchased was damaged, the second one I received didn't work at first but then I contacted support and they helped me fix it. Overall good product.
I don't like that it makes noise. Sometimes it wakes me during the night. Otherwise, I love having access to the water dispenser. I purchased 1 for my business and this one for home. Since I don't sleep at my business, I wasn't aware that it makes so much noise. Thanks.
The water tastes terrible. We have run so much water through it and still creates a poor tin taste to the water. We have tried to clean it and it tastes better for the day but any water going through the cooling or heating process is affected. So sad because it looks great. I am going to go back to my old water cooler.
Machine is not working properly have a dent and cold water does not work. how can I return this item.
