I recommend this dispenser for anyone that doesn't want to have to lift heavy water bottles. It's easy to load by sliding the bottle in the compartment and works as intended. It beats having to lug cases of water and saves in plastic waste as well. The price was fair and it'll pay for itself soon.

The hot water makes the best cup of tea, and perfect to make instant oatmeal, for healthy breakfast. The cold water is good for just a glass to drink, and makes the best coffee, I always use the cold for making a pot of coffee.

I had to replace my old water cooler so I purchased this one. There was a sharp piece of metal in the box that almost looked like a weird box cutter blade but I wasn't sure if it fell out of the unit, so I emailed the customer service contact in the instructions pamphlet. They got back to me and said not to plug in the cooler until they verified what the piece was (I hadn't plugged it in because the instructions say to let it sit upright for 24 hours before use). They got back to me the next day and said it didn't belong with the unit and to just dispose of it. The unit works just as promised. I like the options for cool, ambient, or hot water. The unit looks nice in our kitchen. The manual gives you clear instructions for how to set it up, and there is a sticker over the cold and hot buttons to ensure you follow directions and don't burn out the heating/cooling during setup. I would recommend this product.

Two weeks in and issues thus far are the Cold water is slightly cooler than room temperature. As well as when the motor is running (to “cool” or heat up the water) it makes an obnoxious buzzing noise.

This cooler is so loud. I tried moving it around my kitchen and put a mat under it but the sound is constant unless you turn the cold button off. I am definitely returning it. If you can handle the noise, the dispensers work great.
