Easy set up and not to big

I had to replace my old water cooler so I purchased this one. There was a sharp piece of metal in the box that almost looked like a weird box cutter blade but I wasn't sure if it fell out of the unit, so I emailed the customer service contact in the instructions pamphlet. They got back to me and said not to plug in the cooler until they verified what the piece was (I hadn't plugged it in because the instructions say to let it sit upright for 24 hours before use). They got back to me the next day and said it didn't belong with the unit and to just dispose of it. The unit works just as promised. I like the options for cool, ambient, or hot water. The unit looks nice in our kitchen. The manual gives you clear instructions for how to set it up, and there is a sticker over the cold and hot buttons to ensure you follow directions and don't burn out the heating/cooling during setup. I would recommend this product.

water does not get cold enough

Hard to see where the water will be coming from, kinda noisy and only particular water bottles fit inside because the compartment is too small.
