[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nerf Microshots Minecraft GuardianNerf has been so much fun for my daughter. It is small and fits her little hand well. It is easy to load and the darts go a decent distance. It makes it easier for her to play Nerf wars with her older brothers. I am very pleased with it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little Nerf gun gets some serious distance. My son was surprised at the performance of the small gun. Compared to most Nerf guns he says the cocking mechanism is pretty easy for him to pull (maybe a little tougher for younger kids). It isn't a convenient motion while in the process of battle but with only 2 shots it isn't the type of Nerf gun you go into a serious fire fight with either. It has some zip when shot that he was surprised about. His only complaint was that the handle to hold onto is a little too square and blocky. Otherwise it is his new favorite sidearm.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son is who is an avid Minecraft player really liked this toy. His first comment when seeing it was "cool!" He really liked the design of it. It was easy to load and fire. I think his only complaint was he wanted more of the launchers. After you shoot the two included ones you have to run and gather them up. Five would be a better number, but I am sure we could buy a few at our local store. This would make a great gift for any Minecraft fan ages 8 and up.

We played with it both inside and outside, and made up fun games like shooting letters written in sidewalk chalk, or things that were green, or started with different letters.
