The product is what it is suppose to be. However the handling and care was terrible. The postal package it came in was fine. The package the rival balls were in looked like it can been ran over and wet! This was a present from my 13 year old son to my 8 year old son for his birthday. Both boys were crushed to see how disgusting the package was. I know it wasn't our postal service's fault bc the outside package looked perfect. the blame lands on the warehouse. It was that way before they shipped it to us.
