herbal sleep aid review
the worst part of the review was the odor and the flavor, valerian IE AND OR herbal valerian safe in most conditions, may not be okay to take with blood thinners. ANYWAY back to the subject odor of valerian is like something you would dig out from under your big toenail after a couple of months. HAHAHA, but it works really well. sometimes there will be a sacrifice to use the best natural products. this product seems to work quite well but doesn't overdo it feel good in the morning after waking up

Review for Nerviosil supplement
I tried Nerviosil for anxiety and difficult sleep, and it did not work for me, the product does not specify the concentration of the valerian root extract, so the recommended dose could be low, but taking more would make it more expensive compared to other valerian root supplements, the tablets have a celery taste.
