Thrilled with this purchase! I roasted a 21 pound turkey %26 it came out absolutely perfect! Juicy, tender and it oooked like it belonged in a magazine! Lol

Love Love it! Better than expected!
LOVE it! I am SO excited to cook my turkey in it for Thanksgiving and use my oven for sides and pies! Definitely going to try a roast and other recipes provided in the booklet!

We used the Nesco for the first time on Thanksgiving. It recommends cooking 15/20 minutes per pound. I would recommend 15 minutes per pound. It was done cooking an hour ahead of time at 20 minutes per pound/pound. If you want the skin to brown, definitely use a browning sauce and oil. If not, plan on putting it in the broiler for a bit. The unit cleans up easy. I would recommend this product

Great product
The only issue is the price as I have seen this fluctuate for around $50 between Amazon and Walmart but not when I needed the item. Other than that it works great. I have been borrowing one the last few years for my kids birthdays.

For a perfect turkey!
The roaster made the most tender, juicy turkey we have had in years! Cleanup was easy too. Great purchase!

Extremely large pot, can cook up to 2 chickens. Great for soups and stews. Great for large families.

The white ones show wear very easily from heating food for so long. The darker colors hide it better.

Fell short of my previous Nesco roaster.
This is my second Nesco roaster. My first one purchased about 20 years ago and have used it every holiday for turkey and prime rib. I now need 2 roasters. This current one does not hold the heat as well. The cooking rack is very flimsy and barely held a 17 lb turkey when lifting it out of the well . I like the ease of this style. The wings of my 17 lb bird touched the sides. This one feels just a little smaller.

I wish the inside was nonstick or ceramic. But serves the purpose. Will come in handy at the holidays too.

never recieved. 2 items ordered. one item showed up. the second item was out for delivery dec 10 and dec 11. at 11pm dec 11, get sent an email stating delivered, showing the exact delivery photo of the first item. i have 4 hound dogs, they bark when some one is in the driveway, they have yet to make a sound. no package at door or in the location of the photo and no dogs barking. yet i am out the full purchase price, no way to get a refund, because there is no item to be returned.
