needs a serrated blade with it for cutting bread. it has a tendency to mash before it slices

Nice slicer for the money. No good way to hold stick pepperoni that can be .75 to 1.25 inch in diameter. Fingers get close to the cutting blade.

Cuts very uneven
This slicer has a very slow blade, choppy cut. Also, it is not made to slice anything that is heavy, cuts it very uneven due to the weight on the cutting tray. Returned
