I purchased this machine about 5 months ago. Found it complicated at first and even had to get support from Nespresso at one stage which turned out to be a minor issue. I have discovered that if I put the milk jug full of milk with the dispenser attachment into the fridge hours prior to using, I can get a very frothy and okay hot cappuccino.

We've had our machine for a while but have been unhappy with the quality of milk frothing. Also the tap drips water into the coffee prior to frothing.

I bought this because my decade old version's plastic had become brittle and was breaking at some connecting points. It worked great for years and am sorry that the "shell" that held it wasn't made to last. I purchased the larger, "better', newer version, Gran Lattissima, but it doesn't perform as well. It doesn't from the milk as well as the old one. That's my biggest beef. Otherwise it is more aesthetically pleasing, heats up quickly and is easy to clean. I would like the metal pieces to feel more secure as they rest in place, but it's not a deal breaker. I am an espresso / cappuccino drinker not an espresso / cappuccino aficionado. If you are, I don't suggest this machine.

I purchased this machine about 5 weeks ago. I wasn't impressed with the coffee - milk coffees seem very watery. However at lessy I was getting coffee. The descaling light come on & I have descaled. Now it won't go off & the kilk optikns turn off as doon as you touch one of the buttons. I would not suggest anyone purchases this machine. I guess I know begin the process of what to do & start drinking tea. Machines for 1/6 the cost of this "upgrade" are far better.

Didn't even have the machine for 1 month and it started to be inconsistent with milk volume or no milk at all when making multiple coffees. Had to send back for repair. Repairer didn't state what the problem was and we've had it back now for 3 days and the same problem is occurring again!! Very disappointed

Purchased this machine after using the previous model. The milk container drips milk in the fridge and the settings aren't great, it hardly fills the cup If you customize I setting as soon as you descale it or turn it off at PowerPoint it wipes it. The previous model was a lot better.

The Calibration of the pre-sets is all wrong and it is impossible to get the coffee that you select. The milk frother does not make smooth frothed milk for any of the pre-sets or even the Milk setting. Made less than a dozen coffees since new and it is hopeless. My 10-year old machine is better.

Very disappointed with this machine. Cannot get good froth on any setting. Final product is also barely warm. Unfortunately there are no other options for a pod machine with milk attachment.
