I mean i have seen a lot of mixed reviews but mine is 10/10 it could be a little better on the pod thingy and the connection with bluetooth kinda sucks cause you need wifi too and only connects if you open it but i mean overall it makes an amazing cup of coffee and a thousand miles better than keurig and the sampler that you get gives you an idea of what you might like……. so in my opinion buy it you wont be disappointed.BA

This is my second Nespresso Espresso Machine and I love it. I can buy my own flavor of coffee and use it in this machine. It is easy to use and makes a great cup of coffee. The capsules are not hard to fill and you can refill them by purchasing a kit.

I love our Nespresso, the ease of operation, and the resulting brew. The only feature I'm not fond of is opening the hatch to insert the capsule. It feels like it's the one part that will break down first. I believe the newer models are easier to access, however, I believe that the reason it was so reasonably priced is that it is going to be phased out and replaced by newer models,. For that reason, it was a great entry price point to see if we would actually like the product. Five stars for the quality of the brew. Of course there are some brews that we don't care for as much, but we make note of them and reorder accordingly.

I love it. There’s really only two flaws. It is a little loud when it’s brewing the coffee. And the coffee pods are expensive for only 8 or less pods. If your like me and love to drink coffee, it adds up. And you can’t use a reusable one because it reads the barcodes on them. I hope they come out with a reusable one. So in conclusion, the machine itself is amazing. But if you are spending $100 a month on coffee pods every month, is it really worth it?

I would like their brand coffee pods available at certain stores that people WOULD actually BUY (Kohl's, Target and even others like starbucks coffee shops!!!) please

We had a Nespresso Pixie for over 10 years, It is compact and deliver great taste. This Vertuo Next is a bit bulky. There are also different size pods which deliver different intensity and flavor. Overall a good buy particularly we got it for a great prize. Good value for the prize we paid.

I’m just not proud of how the coffee taste thru this machine! I have one that doesn’t do the XL pods and it’s so much better. Plus it never picks up the used pods and throws them in the container. Over all if you like larger cups this is the machine but I’m going back to using my old machine.

Had for less than a month. Great at first and within 2 weeks stopped working completely no matter what we tried according to the manufacturer’s instructions. My $20 Walmart knockoff Kurig works better and has lasted 7 years. Don’t waste your money.

My previous Nespresso died suddenly in the middle of December and this unit, while a more entry level version, than I was used to was on sale and I couldn’t resist! This unit is a manual lock, which made it feel very outdated, and here we are 30 Days later and it has a fatal flaw, either a failed pump or flow sensor, which is a known design issue. Save your money, don’t buy this!

Piece of junk. For the price and the pricey pods you need to but. It doesnt always dispense the full amount of coffee, sometimes you get only quarter. Very loud and it is just not worth the price.
