Nested Naturals Luna Herbal Sleep Aid Really helps me get a good night sleep. I normally eat foods that contain natural melatonin which keeps me sleeping sound. Now that I'm getting older, I'm finding it harder to get a really good night sleep. I take two chewable tablets a half hour before bed, and I sleep very well. They have a berry taste, but aren't the tastiest. I prefer eating foods to get my melatonin, but this will be my go to in times I need the added boost. Great product.

This is a perfect chewable for a long rainy weekend. I use it almost every other night when I want to calm myself to sleep. Nice and gentle, feels like if you'd spent all day sunbathing. I like that it comes in a compact container. I also like the flavor. My husband was pleasantly surprised when he red the label it has all-natural ingredients.

I have trouble sleeping. When I finally get the chance to sleep, SOMEONE starts snoring. It's something that I've struggled with my entire marriage. I have ear plugs and eyemasks and now I have this! i'm not gonna lie, I am one of those people who would take a Tylenol PM or two every night before bed. I just had to have something to help me fall asleep quickly before he starts snoring. The problem is, the Tylenol would make me groggy the next morning and it would be hard to get up. I've tried other things: sleep aids, alcohol (but not any more!), melatonin tablets, ambien, you name it, I've tried it. I have to say that I can take one or two of these about 30 minutes before I'm ready for bed and it helps me relax and fall asleep. I can sleep through his snoring! The best part is, in the morning, when the sun starts to come up around 6 AM, I am awake! I don't feel groggy or heavy and each day I've taken these before bed, I haven't even needed an alarm clock to get up. The only thing is, these are huge. They taste funny. They're hard to swallow if you don't want to chew them. But the most important thing is – they work!!

The nested natural luna herbal sleep aid with melatonin is a good choice for having a little help with falling asleep. I've tried many brands of melatonin over the years and this brand is pretty high on the list. If I compare this to my gummy melatonin that's 10mg, the nested naturals isn't as strong as the gummy but the upside of that is when I wake up, I don't feel groggy. I would recommend these sleep aid capsules to anyone who has a hard time falling asleep sometimes and just needs a little help from a natural source.

These tablets are a great blend of herbs and supplements that really help me get to sleep and stay asleep. However, I really wish they were pills rather than chewable! Something about the taste of theanine that just cannot be hidden no matter how much berry flavor you put in them. It is bitter and really really gross to chew. While I am able to choke them down at night knowing that it is worth a solid nights sleep, there's no way I'll ever convince my spouse or kids to take them!

Vitamin tastes awful. They are very easy to chew and they do not turn chalky. But I can not get past the taste. They taste horrible. I ended up spitting it out halfway through. Normally the berry and cherry flavors do not bother me but I couldn't get past this taste.

I tried this but it made me feel really bad when I would wake up so I stopped taking this. It did put me to sleep after a while. It did take some time to kick in if it did. Couldn't tell if it was this or just normal sleepiness. Of the ingredients I don't know what would make me wake up real groggy.
