I've been using Zquill for a couple of years and it hardly ever worked for me. After using this I actually got more than 5 hours of sleep. I haven't slept that long in several years. Eager to try something that was all natural and perhaps replace the other product I was taking I gladly tried these herbal supplements for 4 nights in a row now. I will honestly say that I did not feel any difference the first night but the second night it was I felt slightly sleepy and by the fourth night I could feel a noticeable difference in my sleepiness. This would be a great alternative to someone who doesn't want to take the other products available. But in my case I'm going to go back to my regular supplement that I take. It was also noticeable that when I got up a couple of hours after falling asleep that I had a difficult time going back to sleep again I thought the product was no longer noticeable.

The nested natural luna herbal sleep aid with melatonin is a good choice for having a little help with falling asleep. I've tried many brands of melatonin over the years and this brand is pretty high on the list. If I compare this to my gummy melatonin that's 10mg, the nested naturals isn't as strong as the gummy but the upside of that is when I wake up, I don't feel groggy. I would recommend these sleep aid capsules to anyone who has a hard time falling asleep sometimes and just needs a little help from a natural source.

Vitamin tastes awful. They are very easy to chew and they do not turn chalky. But I can not get past the taste. They taste horrible. I ended up spitting it out halfway through. Normally the berry and cherry flavors do not bother me but I couldn't get past this taste.

I get insomnia pretty bad and thought I would give these a try. Just did not work for me. You have to drink a lot of water otherwise that capsule gets stuck in your throat and that created acid reflux and more water meant using the bathroom all night. I ended up trying twice and still no sleep. Just not for me.

I have a lot of trouble sleeping as does my husband. We were excited to try this product. We took as directed for 5 days and noticed no difference. We did not fall asleep sooner and did not stay asleep. One night I woke after 3 hours and was up the rest of the night. This happens to me about once a week but I was really hoping this product would prevent it. I've tried many different OTC medications and supplements and so far nothing has worked for me so maybe it's just me and I need a prescription instead of over the counter. I'll keep hoping and looking for something that will work.
