While it was the only food item I could find that had high vitamin C (food, not pharmacy! ), it contains aspatame, and the ridiculously sized packets are a bit hard to pour into narrow glass. I had hoped it to be like Emergen - C which for some reason is always in the pharmacy instead of being a food item.

My husband keeps wounds from being a diabetic and he likes the Juven but you only get 8 packets and they run double the price . this was my first time trying this brand here and you get 14 packs for a better price!
