We drink this every day. Wish they would make up their minds about packaging though. The ones we have had with plastic covering are much easier to open than the newer ones without it. They are terrible to open !!

The taste is refreshing and very smooth. There is no aftertaste like some other brands have. The bottles are easy to Oren.

Having had gastric sleeve surgery, I need lots of protein and vitamins. It is hard to consume enough food to get my requirements. Boost High Protein Complete Nutritional Drink by Nestle is just what I need. It contains 20 grams of protein and approximately 25 percent of 26 different vitamins. The drink is 240 calories with only 50 from fat. Comes in different flavors but I tried the Very Vanilla. It is smooth not gritty and has a good flavor with no real aftertaste. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fact that Boost is Gluten Free. The flavor I tried is Cafe Mocha very creamy. My grand daughter came over and wanted to taste it, she's 9. She loved it, kids are picky and this is saying something for any product. Boost has other flavors that I will eventually get to try Vanilla, Chocolate and Strawberry. This drink is packed with 20 grams of protein and 27 Vitamins and minerals. There are no artificial colors or sweeteners in this drink which is even better. Not only can you just drink this right out of the bottle you can use it in recipes from yummy drinks, desserts and more.

While I drink this occasionally for a nutritional boost, my husband drinks it daily. This is especially good for people who have trouble eating healthy. It's like drinking chocolate milk but getting nutrients. This is good to have on hand when running out the door, drink on the way to work, running errands, etc. I also drink this on the way home from the gym sometimes, good recovery drink. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tasted the Cafe Mocha flavor Boost high protein drink. It does have a nice coffee taste and is high in protein. While it contains 27 vitamins and minerals within this drink, I wasn't as happy to read the list of It's top 5 ingredients: Water, Glucose Syrup, milk protein concentrate, sugar, vegetable oil. Two of their top 5 ingredients are sugar, which is why there are 15 grams of sugar in this drink and 240 total calories per bottle. When I drink a protein drink, I don't necessarily need sugar in there to make it taste good. I wouldn't recommend this drink, as there are other protein drinks I prefer better.
