A coffee-flavored party in your mouth
These espresso chips are chocolate chips with an umph. So far, they have given my train mix that extra coffee-flavored spark. I will be adding a few to my coffee and having a few by themselves when I get a craving for chocolate.

These add an extra element to any recipe you'd normally use semi-sweet chocolate chips _or_ use them on their own, too. We made a mix of semi-sweet, caramel and these chips for some pastries - it was awesome!

Absolutely Delicious!
I'll be honest these never made it into anything before being devoured as a snack or put in hot chocolate! I will be buying more and actually baking them into something..... I hope!

You might like...me? Noooo but eh
There's a reason these carried on into the new year (at least at publix) with a discounted price...they're okay - just okay. Nothing to get excited about and don't really blend with flavor into what they're being used with...as an example - waffles. Took them over completely; was a basic double vanilla batch. In chocolate cake pops chopped up fine...in chocolate expresso cake pops it was too much to take in and yuck. Melted and thinned and ganache they are doable but overall to use them just requires more odd busy work in baking etc. I don't even eat them by themselves as they are just "eh"

Not bad!
OK, but I prefer just chocolate chips... this is a stronger expresso taste... maybe mix 1/2 and 1/2 with chocolate chips.

Melted
Unfortunately these were melted into one big lump. Was gonna use them for cookies. I'm still going to use them just not for cookies.

Chips exposed to extreme heat.
I bought three bags and the chips inside every bag were completely melted together into a single mass when I received them. I got a refund. These are not being stored properly.

I received these today and they are melted and re-hardened into bricks. They also are expired by 4 months
