I had trouble setting up (I'm older, lack tech); but they had good customer service who walked me through. Once set up, works great for our house. We have 2600 sq ft home, two floors. Infinity and t-mobile equipment in a closet on second floor. Netgear placed on first floor and works great including far end of house and onto our porch/patio. I'd recommend this!
Had to return it. Didn't extend the signal enough to justify the expense. It may not be the fault of the device, as I have 2 story 3800 sq ft Timber-Frame and plaster home built in several eras, ranging from late 1700's-1994. It has additions we call wings (east wing, north wing, etc) divided by very heavy doors, long hallways and many turns. Range extenders just aren't the solution for our home. All that being said, it was pretty simple to get up and started. One word of advice, do not name the networks the same name as your routers. While it may make it easier so your devices automatically connect, your devices won't necessarily always choose the best signal. If the new bandwidths have unique names, you can manually choose which one you want.
Having swivel antenna would be great because some outlets are upside down. It worked once after setting up but didn't want connect after re-plugging it.
Didn't connect. I returned it.
