This stuff really works for me. Getting better sleep without any side effects ( no waking up sluggish ). It is really pricey but you get what you pay for and walmart usually gets it to you the next day!

Good for people who wake up and can't easily fall back asleep.

For the past 20 years I've spent hundreds of dollars trying to find a non drug way of getting to sleep and staying asleep. I've only taken 1/2 a bottle for a few days but so far although I still get up to go to the bathroom several times I go to sleep quickly and sleep better than with any other product. I'm very sensitive to melatonin too much and I have nightmares. My dreams are busy and a bit weird so I'm going to try 1/3 bottle but otherwise I'm way more rested which affects my quality of life. Wish bottle was more see through so I don't have to measure out. I keep in frig for taste. Best sleep aid I've tried.

Didn't get the tangerine dream or the melllow mango. Instead got something called oeach apricot. It's not bad but would have preferred the ones I ordered.

I was supposed to have received 12 bottles and only received 10 bottles. I will never understand why people do. And left the packaging bag inside the box that says it's 12 in a pack.

Bought these for my son who has a hard time going to sleep. Didn't work at all. Bought another brand that works great.
