I spent a long time trying to find a moisturiser that didn't make me breakout in acne or eczema & this hasn't done either. It is nothing against a product of my ratings. I have dealt with cystic acne now, for over 20 years, and every dermatologist that does ANY treatment on me (only brings some more of these sand crystals ( ACTUALLY CALLED COMEDONES) to the surface of my FACE! With saying that, due to this product bringing them to the surface (as with all my other treatments done by a dermatologist, I would say (this is a five star rating), because it is doing things THE EXACT SAME THING) that a doctor can do with the products THEY use on me as treatments.
